Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. In 1990 I moved to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one and a half. Without my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my story. As I knew I could have a brighter future, I was determined to be successful and do my parents happy. My plan of life was as follows: I'd go to university, get an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of success, life had different goals. Money and the prestige of my work didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. My passion for fitness and my passion for socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. This year I will celebrate my 7th anniversary. In 2014 I began my own business. There are few Asian women working in this industry. As coach, my mission is to inspire people to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in life. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe has a funny way of offering us the things we require. My mother's death changed me so much and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to embark on a new journey which gave me another chance to live a fulfilling and happy life. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live my life today rather than just existing like I was in the past. My goal in the story I am sharing is to inform you that you're not the only one. I would like you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be common. Health is your greatest asset. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets, as dying is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
